Our whole organisation from project programme or even a single task is evaluated and monitored on delivery key performance indicators and agreed with a client before the project starts.
Our mission is to ensure client satisfaction and to complete all work on time and if possible ahead of time with all work fully certificated. At ESSW we are capable of a range of work from new builds to upgrades and maintenance in Industrial, Commercial and Residential properties.
ESSW have a design team and are able to project manage your build or installation to your full requirements. ESSW understand fully the requirements of health and safety and will make every endeavour to define, prior to commencement, your organisations requirements, to minimise the impact of any essential outages.
All works would be risk assessed and detailed methods statements undertaken prior to any works. This ensures the ultimate delivery to the customer with all works undertaken, planned and implemented in a safe and efficient way.
We provide, through NICEIC Insurance Services, a warranty backed insurance with all domestic installations. This insurance lasts for 6 years, and covers up to the value of £25,000.00 for domestic work carried out under Part P of the Building Regulations. We are also an approved Safe Contractor.
